Designed as part of a collaboration between Bjarke Ingels and Danish design group KiBiSi, the Via57 lounge chair by Fritz Hansen is strikingly elegant. The base consists of four legs, made from solid oak, and smoothly crafted into a simple dowel shape. The chair itself is composed of a steel frame embedded into moulded soft polyurethane foam.
