At Holloways of Ludlow, we want you to be delighted with your purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all products are returned in their original, unused condition and in the manufacturer's packaging.
Return Process

Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any items back.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outer carton.
- 3.Arrange Shipment
Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked and insured courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged before they reach us.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
